Youth MOVE MN Coalition

A statewide network

Youth MOVE MN is a statewide network of youth-serving organizations working together to amplify youth voices to create systems change around mental health in education, criminal justice, child welfare and mental health systems.

Member organizations choose which Youth MOVE MN activities they engage in.  Some of the options are:

  • Access to funding to support local meetings with youth

  • Access to funding for youth-led community awareness projects

  • A biweekly statewide meeting for adults working with youth-serving organizations

  • Sending a youth representative to our Youth Advisory Council

  • Holding local meetings with youth about mental health topics

  • Contributing to our Youth Voices of Experience digital multi-media magazine

  • Participating in youth-led advocacy projects

  • Participating in learning opportunities about mental health, advocacy skills, and social justice work
